(3% service charge on all card transactions)

Enjoy hot meals from breakfast through lunch at the Craft Show Cafe, served at reasonable prices.
The Cafe accepts cash and credit cards.

Table Service: Place your lunch orders and special requests right at your
booth- no need to leave your space unattended.

 
Fees & Setup
Space Fee: $90 per space ($100 after July 1st). Space is approximately
8 ft. wide by 5 ft. deep with 2 ft. between vendors. 
Table Rental: $15 per 8-foot wooden table (optional)
-Vendors provide their own clean, skirted tablecloths covering three sides to the floor.
-Spaces are evenly spaced throughout the building, including hallways, the cafeteria, and the gym. No one-day or partial-day vendor spaces are available.

Electricity
Limited electrical outlets are available and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please bring extension cords and extra lighting, as overhead lighting may be limited.
 
Location Requests
We try to accommodate requests such as corner spots, hallway placement, or gym locations.
Priority is given to returning vendors from the previous year.
 
Vendor Product Policy
Multiple vendors are selling popular handmade items like jewelry, soaps,
and décor are accepted, but spaced evenly.
Unique commercial and collectible items are also welcome.
Direct sales vendors (e.g., Pampered Chef, Avon) are limited to one vendor per brand and are offered spots first to returning vendors, then on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: This is not a juried show.
 
Wi-Fi Access
Limited Wi-Fi is available for guests on site.
 
How to Apply
Due to a high return rate (90%), we do not automatically send out contracts.
New vendors must complete a pre-approval form to be considered.
